Things I Did
Working closely with the product team, I contributed to the user experience and interface design through the following achievements:
User Research & Insights: Collaborated with the product team to conduct user research, understanding the pain points and needs of NGOs when registering on the platform.
Wireframing: Created low and high-fidelity wireframes to map out new user flows and intuitive layouts.
Interactive Quiz for NGOs: Designed a dynamic quiz tailored for NGOs to help them identify their specific needs and match them with the right volunteers more effectively.
Smart Checkbox Categorization: Implemented a strategic checkbox system during the NGO signup process to streamline data collection and categorize organization types effortlessly.
Visual Time Tracking (Progress Bar): Developed a time-based progress bar for long forms, reducing drop-off rates by clearly showing users how much time is left to complete their registration.
